喻颖

喻颖,女,2014年9月加入色情影片 工作,历任讲师、副教授,现为色情影片 教授,博士生导师。近年来,在包括Nature Nanotechnology、Nature Physics、Light: Science and Application、Advanced Material、Nano Letters 、Nanophotonics、Nanoscale、Scientific Reports在内的国际学术期刊上发表论文50余篇,其中第一作者及通讯作者论文30余篇。以第一发明人申请中国发明专利7项,PCT专利3项,获授权5项。主持国家自然基金优青项目,面上项目,骨干参与国家重大/重点项目、国家重点研发项目等。

研究方向

半导体低维(量子阱、量子线、量子点、超晶格等)异质结构的分子束外延(MBE)生长、高性能量子光源、薄膜激光器的设计及制备。

近年来研究方向:

1)以半导体高密度量子点材料及新型微纳光子结构为核心,研制面向下一代光互连的高性能半导体量子点DFB激光器及阵列、量子点微腔激光器、电泵微纳激光器;

2)以半导体低密度量子点材料及微腔为核心,研制面向量子信息技术的集成化量子点量子光源。
